  • Maintain calendars, reminders, and workflow systems to keep projects on track
  • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Requirements
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling tools, and basic office software
  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
