Responsibilities

- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling tools, and basic office software
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
